To help customize your album, please complete the Custom Design Planning Worksheet.  This gives you the chance to share your favorite-can't-live-without-it images as well as the absolutely-don't-use images.  This information is vital for me to incorporate your style into my design.  A digital and simple print proof will be provided before you approve and sign off on the design.  If more than 3 changes are requested after this point, a "Change Fee" will be applied.
